1ST ORDINARY MEETING OF THE 6TH ASSEMBLY.

Pursuant to Section 28(1) and (2a) of the Local Governance Act, 2016, Act 936, the Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly held its 1st Ordinary Meeting of the 6th Assembly on 4th June, 2026 at the Municipal Assembly Hall.
In his address, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Raymond Nana Ebaah, expressed sincere gratitude to Honorable Assembly Members and the people of Wassa Amenfi East Municipality. He further commended all Honorable Members of the House, Heads of Departments, and Unit Heads for their support in formulating and implementing key policies and programmes that have contributed significantly to the overall development of the Municipality.
He noted that the policy framework is organized under seven broad thematic areas: Security Situation; Health, Social Welfare and Community Development; Services or Tertiary Sector; Education; Developmental Projects; Agriculture; Road Infrastructure; and Internally Generated Fund (IGF) Performance. Consequently, his address was structured around these seven thematic areas.
He concluded by highlighting his key achievements as Municipal Chief Executive since assuming office.
